Karolina Majdzińska is a person who loves challenges. She is always open to new knowledge and experience. In her practice, she uses the knowledge of non-formal and informal education. She conducts workshops on teamwork, creativity and others; facilitates the work of participants, using technologies of Design Thinking or Human Centered Design; she conducts author classes in law and economics; she is also a trainer of the PRINCE2 methodology.

For many years he has been giving lectures and teaching e-learning and computer laboratory classes at SGH Warsaw School of Economics. He teaches Innovation Management, Strategic Management, time series analysis with SAS, Planning and Management in Eco-cities. He has several dozen Polish and international publications in his scientific achievements.

He has been associated with new technologies from the very beginning of his career. His areas of interest are automotive, gamedev, 3D printing, virtual and augmented reality, and artificial intelligence. He has more than 10 international project management certificates, i.e. Prince2, ITIL, MoR, and Agile PM. He has been an active entrepreneur and investor since 2010.
