About GAT - our mission and goals

The mission of the Games, Animation and Technology Cluster is to support the gamedev industry, development of innovative tehchnologies and animation, and in particular support for all entities related to creation of digital, creative projects.

Video games, VFX and animation are our specialty. Our goal is to take the digital entertainment industry to a new level by making it easier for creators and teams to access specialists with extensive know-how, information and promotion services, as well as training and consulting facilities.

The GAT cluster puts the growth of entrepreneurship and competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises in the first place through their cooperation with large entities and universities. We carry this out through joint research, implementation and investment projects and through joint organization of industry events and economic missions.

Our Goals

initiation of projects connecting entrepreneurs, research and development units, administration and investors
establishing, developing and maintaining strong cooperative relationships between entities from the games and animation industry, with particular emphasis on small and medium-sized enterprises
establishing and developing cooperation between cluster members and research and development institutions in the field of R&D activities
providing cluster members with optimal conditions for development, efficiency and innovation, as well as facilitating adaptation to rapidly changing and diverse market requirements
increasing the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises in the country and in the European Union
cooperation with local governments, financing entities and ministries, as well as schools, scientific institutions and public benefit organizations
promotion of cluster activities as an innovative strategy for socio-economic development
lobbying EU programs and grants aimed at the development of the games and animation industry
organization of international trade fair events, conferences and economic missions
creating modern laboratory, technical and office facilities to support India projects and startups.

Internacjonalizacja

Naszym powołaniem jest rozwój polskiej rozrywki cyfrowej. Stawiamy na nowoczesne technologie, ciekawe pomysły i kreatywne zespoły.

Jednym z naszych najważniejszych zadań jest polepszanie warunków pracy w Polskich studiach gamingowych oraz animacyjnych. Pomagamy tworzyć zróżnicowane oraz zgrane zespoły np. przez relokacje poszczególnych członków, aby cała drużyna mogła pracować razem.

Klaster GAT posiada oddzielny dział zajmujący się pomocą w przenoszeniu biur na teren Polski z dowolnego miejsca na świecie.

Współpraca z Klastrem GAT otwiera dostęp do ważnych rynkowych informacji i jest okazją do wypromowania swojej działalności na arenie międzynarodowej.

Nasze projekty

Wieloletnie doświadczenie w reprezentowaniu najlepszych fachowców w branży oraz współpraca z podmiotami spoza klastra sprawia, że potrafimy zastosować odpowiednią technologię, dopasowaną do potrzeb naszych klientów.

Aktualnie pozyskujemy środki finansowe na realizację dużych projektów w zakresie działań B+R oraz na kampanie marketingowe, promocję rozwijanych technologii i inne rozwiązania z dziedzin cyfrowej branży rozrywkowej.

Jesteśmy gotowi reprezentować zarówno najmniejszych, jak i największych graczy na rynku w celu stworzenia ekosystemu pozwalającego na skuteczne prowadzenie skomplikowanych, wieloetapowych projektów w ramach podmiotów działających w klastrze.
